The pace of life in this world can be terribly fast.  If we become absent minded to the ever changing world around us our family life can suffer.  It takes energy and endurance to ensure we survive the onslaught of quick solutions to big problems i.e. divorce.  The ‘promise’ to love one another in sickness and in health seems to be too difficult for many to be bothered with.  The thought of incompatibility can quickly take over a mind;  many couples, after an argument or a disagreement conclude that a mistake was made in getting married.  It seems easier to get a divorce than to resolve problems these days.

“Can our attitude towards food have some kind of influence in helping families stay strong and happy?”
